About Us

Handtex Industrial Cooperative Federation Ltd. (HICFL) is a cooperative society of weavers based at Chharra village of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. The federation is registered under the Cooperative Societies Act, 1965, with registration number ALG(5)17700 and has mandate to work all over Uttar Pradesh.

HICFL is engaged in production of bed sheet, durrie, khes, blanket, shawl, towel, gamchha, stole, saree, durret, doormat, quilt cover, farsh, patti and handloom and handicraft items. The annual turnover of the federation is about Rs 4 crore.

The federation is headed by Mr Raghu Prakash, who is Chairperson of the federation.
